Artemis Domiciliary Care covers both the North east and North west of England. We are the only care provider in the north that is registered with the Care Quality Commission that enables us to respond to emergency personal care situations using telecare systems combined with physical response units. This gives total peace of mind to individuals and their loved ones, 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
All our members of staff are vetted, DBS checked and go through a rigorous interview process. All staff follow a detailed induction programme before being allowed to work with clients and receive regular supervisions and mentoring from senior care staff. We also carry out regular quality assurance visits to clients to ensure our high standards of care are being maintained. We are very proud of our staff and the way they all work together as a team.
